Since the Taliban's return to power, Afghan civil society, women's rights defenders, and community peacebuilders have faced unprecedented restrictions, yet their networks and expertise remain vital to any future peace. PeaceBridge draws on deep institutional knowledge of Afghanistan's peace and reconciliation efforts to support local actors working under extraordinarily difficult conditions, connecting their voices to international policy conversations that too often exclude them.
