PeaceBridge Global is led by its co-founders Belquis Ahmadi, who serves as President and Executive Director, Scott Worden who serves as Strategic Advisor, and Maria Antonia Montes who serves as Chief Financial and Operations Officer. They all serve as Board Members.

Their work is supported by a network of experienced researchers, trainers, legal experts, and subject matter specialists with deep expertise in both regional and thematic areas. 

PeaceBridge Global's Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and oversight to help advance the organization's mission and long-term sustainability. Board members meet twice a year to review organizational priorities, provide advice on strategy and program development, strengthen partnerships, support fundraising efforts, and promote the organization's work. Through their expertise and leadership, the Board helps ensure that PeaceBridge Global remains effective, accountable, and responsive to the communities it serves.
